Goal

This project aims at helping stakeholders, including sales manager and executives, to understand sales performance and gain customer insights.

Process

A crucial step of this project is data understanding and accurate calculation of summary metrics, including sales, profit, quantity, and etc. First, individual visualizations in worksheets are built, which then are combined into two dashboards, which then are combined into one compelling Tableau story.
